Tiffany (from Tiffany's Photography - eek, the added pressure!) found me in a photography group via Facebook, and soon after connecting booked an outdoor family session. She wanted to use a location in Flinders that I’d never seen before, so I checked it out with my family the week before her session was scheduled and OH EM GEE, I was blown away! As you will see, this location does not disappoint.
During the weeks leading up to the session, we discussed and planned outfits for the family, something I always LOVE helping my clients with. The day arrived, and once we got to our location, it started drizzling and was incredibly windy. Even though it was FREEZING, this family was so determined to keep going, and 35 minutes later, we made the call to pack up and go home.
Even though it was wet, windy and so cold, it was such a joy to photograph this session with such a beautiful and totally in love family. The brothers absolutely adore one another and mother and daughter share an incredible connection.
Tiffany, I really enjoyed photographing your family, thank you so much for choosing me. I honestly feel so blessed to have clients who entrust me with their family photos. It’s a very personal and intimate thing to invite a stranger into, and I am forever grateful. This session will always hold a place in my heart, I feel like I had a mini breakthrough with my photography, a little closer to telling my story along with my clients story, something I always strive to do.
While I have you here, if you are thinking of booking an outdoor family session with me, now is the best time to do it! We are just heading into summer, and sunset sessions are a favourite of mine. So, between the 27th December and 26th of January, I am opening up availability for weeknight sessions for $100 less than my regular collection prices. Whether it's a stunning coastal session like Tiffany’s, or beach at sunset, or another outdoor location you have in mind, please contact me here to book.
